Started watching Osomatsu-san the other day and, simply put: It Sparks Joy. This dude in particular is a riot :D

<sub>praying that the colors aren’t horrific on desktop; did this on mobile but color picked from a screenshot. anyway MAN I remember when this show first came out; it wasn’t all over my dash, but I saw it around here n there and, uh, thought the art style was ugly. the minor characters’ designs still took some getting used to but I’ve been needing something to laugh at and these losers do the trick! apparently there’s also some Serious Drama later but (spoiler alert) from what I read, it’s never meant as seriously as the fans took it & the status quo gets reset for season 2, so I won’t hold my breath.

having said that, Jyushi’s episode was pretty genuine all the way through, which was a really nice surprise! aw fuck, guess now I got a favorite :y</sub>
